Equal parts impressive and disappointing

Breakfast options were satisfying! Staff interaction brought joy to my mornings.

Location was a bit far from the city. Rooms were small for two travelers.

No towels upon arrival. they took two requests to deliver. The towels arrived smelling questionable and were carried under an arm. Room layout is awkward with a TV positioned to the side, which makes for uncomfortable viewing.

The breakfast features delicious artisan bread, enhancing the morning experience. Location is very convenient, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, the room layout felt awkward with some uncomfortable viewing angles for the TV. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of towels upon arrival, requiring multiple requests.

I stayed for two nights while exploring Merida. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions like the Palacio Municipal and Risen Christ Parish. I really enjoyed the breakfast options. they were quite satisfying and helped kickstart my days. However, I did face some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom, which felt like it needed a bit more attention.

I stayed in the Standard Room with One Queen Bed for 2 nights. The room was comfy but could use a little more attention on cleanliness. I liked the cozy atmosphere, and the breakfast was a nice surprise. The layout felt a bit off, especially with the TV not positioned well for easy viewing. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Great location for exploring the city. the outdoor swimming pool was a nice retreat! The staff was really friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The room could use another pillow per bed. also, some cleanliness aspects could be improved.

The location is super convenient for hitting local spots like the vibrant markets and parks. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh rolls. Staff were friendly and always ready to help us with anything we needed.

One downside was that our room had only one pillow per bed, which was a bit uncomfortable for sleep. It would have been nicer to have an extra pillow to relax.
